AKEMAT CNC Conversion

Do you have an AKEMAT U4 or F3 that could use an upgrade? 

Equipment, Ltd. has started converting older Akemat's to CNC. The machine upgrade includes all new CNC drives, an HMI touch screen display, and all new operating software. Send in your old U4 or F3 and our technicians will rewire and convert your machine and have it ready for another 30 years of grinding.

Customers have the option to choose between a CNC conversion upgrade only or a total machine rebuild complete with CNC conversion. Our current turn around time for a typical CNC conversion upgrade is 3 weeks. However, pricing and turn around time will vary based on current condition of the customers machine.

  • Grinds saws up to 28" (40" optional)

  • 220 Volt, 3 Phase

  • 0.9kw grinding motor

  • Tooth configurations of any style, capable in one revolution.

  • Complete with hydraulic clamping and automatic indexing system.
